The New Age of Rwanda
“Defining Rwanda through Good Governance, Investment, Tourism, and a Dynamic Diaspora”
Rwanda Convention 2010 will be the platform for the “New Age of Rwanda”. 2010 brings an era where the Diaspora and the international community can play a big role in the development of Rwanda. As we move into a new era where investment, capacity building, and good governance is the leading plight in Africa, and especially Rwanda. The goal of 2010 convention is to provide a professional networking environment where both the Diaspora and foreign investors can invest in the rebuilding of a new strong East Africa.
The convention will be the hub for the Diaspora to gain information on the current events in Rwanda, and provide a platform for the Diaspora to engage in the development of Rwanda. Each panel will be defining Rwanda through capacity building in Media and education projects, provide an investment arena, promote good governance and leadership through an empowered youth movement, and community and civil society development through the Diaspora.
The convention will also be the launch of a new vision of Rwanda. Sixteen years after the genocide in Rwanda, RCA would like to promote the beauty that lies in the land of the thousand hills. From its mountain gorilla hikes, to its National Parks, Rwanda offers more to its visitors then a painful past. RCA will showcase Tourism in Rwanda.
RCA Team welcomes you to its seventh annual convention in Boston, Massachusetts on May 28th to 31st.
